This lodge began operating in this building back in 1903 and some say that it is haunted by the ghost of a deceased member, perhaps Samuel Chamberlain. Some believe he is watching over his former haunt. Others believe the ghost may be that of a man who was found dead on the sidewalk in 1972. People have reported feeling entities in the building, and some have heard footsteps and voices, along with tables that move by themselves. The daughter of a member reported hearing an apparition tell her to "Get out!" The location has been featured on an episode of TV's Ghost Hunters.
