This building is home to an old locked bank vault that has no way of opening, yet has been found standing open. Witnesses have reported feeling extreme cold spots and hearing eerie sounds coming from the third floor, which no one occupies. Ella Quinlan O'Neill is the ghost that is rumored to haunt this cottage. She is the mother of author Eugene O'Neill.
